About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Is there a fee for the 144 hour visa and do yo need a photograph?

There isn't a 144 hours visa. There is only 144 hours transit WITHOUT visa, which only requires you to have a valid itinerary and a passport from one of the qualifying countries.
