About:Getting to Kunming

Long layover of 14 hours at Kunming Airport. Wanted to stay in hotel but the airline says can't?

is there anyway that I can stay out of the airport. Or also when asked that if is there any hotels inside the airport, they said no so how do I spent that long hours

Well, in your case, you are suggested to stay in the Hourly Lounge in the 2nd floor of Arriving Area.
