Buying lcd display phones

Hi,whats the diferrences of prices between shipping from china lcd display cel phones to USA, or going to shenzhen china and buying by myself.And if I bring more gran 2000 rmb whats the tax % when i declare them.Thanks

You are advised to purchase the cell phones by shipping from China to your country. According to the policy, people are not allowed to bring so many phones out of China. As I know, the tax rate is 10%.
