About:China Customs Declaration

I ordered LCD and phones from china all at 339USD. do i need to pay tax to china customs.

I got the items from a supplier in china, when i send the money, they send me a mail that I need to pay extra 452 USD as tax to china, when i had paid 339 USD for the sample products.

What do you suspect are they serious or its scam? How do i get my money back or products?

So you bought them online? If so, you need to pay some tax indeed, but I am not sure whether it shall be that much.
