There is no official site for storing the luggage and you can store at nearby shops/supermarkets. You are also suggested to store your luggage at the Railway Station, and it costs CNY5 for each bag. Then for the transport, you can take Bus 24/44 directly to YN Minzucun, which takes about 20 minutes and CNY1.
