About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Climbing Trip Visa

I am hoping to go rock climbing in Guizhou and Yunnan in the spring. Before that, I will be travelling in Thailand and Vietnam. Do you recommend I apply for the entry permit while I am at home in Canada, or should I wait until I am in Thailand?

Hi, it's possible for you to get a Chinese visa in Thailand, but I cannot guarantee that. You are advised to make the application in your home country, just in case.
