I'm Australian already in China as tourist. I want to change to work Z. What documents do I need for a Work Permit from the company. Do I have to leave China to change the visa?

Hi, it's possible to convert your current tourist L type to a work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, you don't need to leave China.To apply for a work permit, you need to provide the work experience and bachelor degree, application form, copy of your passport as well as other required documents. Your employer will apply for the work permit for you.
