Length of Residence in Country/Territory of Domicile for one who is working in Dubai

I have been working in Dubai for the past 19 years, and every year for a month I go to my home country India,so what should I fill in this form where the country/territory domicile is mentioned

Hi, if you make the application from UAE, you can fill the address of your current living area in Dubai for that.
