Does a prc need a visa to enter hong kong?

Rosie, if you hold Singapore passport, you can enjoy free entry to HK for a stay of not more than 90 days. If you go there for not more than 90 days, no visa is needed. Just bring your passport, the return ticket, enough travel fees and accommodation arrangement. Nice trip!
