About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa for short stay in Shangahai

Hi I will travel to Shangahai for 4 days from Bangkok and return to Bangkok. Would I be eligible for the 144 free transit ?

If you fly Bangkok-Shanghai-Bangkok then that's not a transit in Shanghai, so obviously you're not eligible for visa-free transit.
