About:Chinese Consulates in Japan

Chinese VISA for Indian citizen staying in Japan

Hi,

Am Indian citizen staying in Japan since 5 yrs, need to apply for Chinese entry permit with multiple entry (1 yr validity) for Business .

Pls guide me, how to proceed and where to apply in HYOGO Prefecture.
What are all documents needed for application.
How long would it take to issue VISA.

Hi, I’m afraid it is difficult to get multiple entries when you make the application in a third country, but you can have a try. The first step is to prepare all the required documents including passport and its copy, a completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, residence permit in Japan, and an invitation letter from the business partner and other requirements. Next step is to submit the application to the CVASC in Osaka. It usually takes four working days for the processing.
