144 Hours Shanghai Transit Visa

I visited Shanghai 2 weeks ago under 144 hours free transit. I love the place and would like to return to Shanghai in a week or so, again, if possible using 144 hours free transit. The question is, is there a time limit and frequency I can use the 144 hours free transit? This is to say, can I use 144 free transit twice in a month?
