About:Tiger - Luck Prediction by Month 2025 & 2026

My assistant was born on July 17, 1974 and I was born at 6am, June 24, 1969.

Will she get along with me and support me smoothly? Or will she be my trouble at work? Would will be my career in the next few years? Shall I change job? Be better position?

By the way, can I complete all my study courses by next April in 2018? I just really wanted to finish it soon and get back my normal life.

Thank you so much for replying me, Nathan.

Are you really sure about my assistant? She has been very difficult in the last couple months and made me looked very bad in the office. And it seemed like she wanted to be my boss and told me what to do which she had no professional training at all but she has worked here for 20 years since she graduated from high school.

What do you see her future career?

By the way, how will I get a promotion? I am already the head of my department, there is no promotion position for me to go, :) unless the administrator leaves the firm.

Ah, forgot to mention, my assistant was on stress/anxiety medical leave for 2 months, and she just got back 1 month ago. Will she be in this health problem?

It looked like everyone in the office are so sensitive to her stress or upset, instead, I am so scared to take the lead.

She is back to work now and she normally does the fair quality of jobs. Do you mean I find a replacement for her or I find another job right away? It will be impossible to replace her because she has been in the office for more than 19.5 years, she has much stronger relationships with all others than me.

And everyone cares her mental issues instead of supporting me to do the right thing now, and I just joined there 5 months ago. Actually, I really feel other people just like to see her mental problems, but what I see is she can be totally fine if others treat her normal at work.

That is why I would want to know what my future. If I have to stay, then I want to know what my future with this senior assistant.
