Will there finally be love for me in 2018?

Hello,

I was born on February 01, 1983 at 12:00pm in Toronto, ON, Canada. My zodiac would be the Dog instead of the Pig.

Since the beginning of May 2017, I began to notice the same man on my train every morning when I go to work. I've began to feel attracted to him and want to give him a note to ask him out. However, not only am I scared to talk to him, I do not know whether he is single or interested in me at all. Can you please let me know whether this man is worth pursuing and whether anything positive will come out of it?
