About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

May I apply for free transit permit.

I am going from Uzbekistan to Phillipine trough China.I bought ticket from Tashkent to Manila with 2 stops (In Being and Guandjou.)during 24 hours.Is it possible to transit without visa?.Thank you very much for advance.

Transit including multiple stops within China is permitted at Guangzhou only when the first transit point is Beijing, and the total maximum transit time is 24 hours. So your route seems okay for transit without visa. But the return routing would require a visa.
