is my s2 visa still valid if my spouse work permit get canceled?

Hi, am on a S2 type which valid until end of jan 2018, but recently my spouse left his contract early than the actual date. His employer will canceled his work permit and we've told he has 30 days yo leave china. My question  is will this affected my s2 type because he is my sponsor? Do i have to leave within 30 days too!?Tks

Hi, personally I don't think it will affect your S2 type. You can stay in mainland China as long as your S2 type is valid. No need to worry!
