About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Hi my itinerary is Ams, HK, Shanghai, HK, Amsterdam. Is this ok for the 144hr transit visa.

No. HK-Shanghai-HK is not a transit, so you cannot use 144-hour free transit in Shanghai. You need a visa or you need to change your itinerary.0
