I am a HongKong Citizen. Do I need to apply for the Tibet Travel Permit as foreigners?

For Hong Kong citizen, you do not need to apply for the Travel Permit. But please do remember to bring your Mainland Travel Permit, which will be required when travelling to mainland China and Tibet.
