From AMS to Shanghai to Shenzhen to Sydney

Hello. Do I need a visa if I fly from Amsterdam to Shanghai. Three hours wait. Fly to Shenzhen. Three hours wait. Fly to Sydney.

I am afraid I do need an entry permit. But can't find the definite answer. Thanks
