I hope you have two full days and downtown trip is suggested. Here is the recommended route:
Day 1: Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street - Hongya Cave - Yangtze River Cable Car - Ciqikou
Day 2: Chongqing Zoo - People's Assembly Hall - Foreigners' Street1
