I have an Indian passport and would like to use the 14 hours I have transiting in Guangzhou, in exploring the city. But there seems to be some confusing information about Guangzhou allowing or not allowing 24 hr transit. I have complete onward ticket to sfo. Will I be able to go out of the airport using the 24 hour provision in Guangzhou?
