Changchun snow and ice festival

My research indicates that the city also has an Ice and snow festival similar to Harbin. We are already going to the Harbin festival but looking at stopping in the city for two nights on our return south and would like to see the festival there also. Any information would be appreciated EG where is the festival located, how to get there from the city, how much is entry fee.
Additionally we are travelling from Harbin to CC by High speed train which stops at the CC west station. How far is it back into the city and are Taxis readily available. As we only have a short amount of time what other things are worth seeing there. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

As the festival in Harbin, there will be several spots where many activities will be held. Among them, I recommend the Jingyue Snow World to you, where you can see the ice and snow sculptures day and night. The entrance fee is CNY90 as I remember. To get there, you can take subway line 3 to Jingyue Park and walk in.

The West Railway Station is within 35km from the mentioned park. If taking a taxi, it costs CNY80 or so, and taxis are easy to get there. Don't worry!

Apart from the ice and snow festival, you may roam around the local Movie Wonderland.
