Yes, you can take a bus from Tonglu Bus Station directly to Lanxi, which leaves at 7:20, 8:00, 8:50, 13:00 and 15:00, costs CNY37/40.
From Lanxi to Longyou: The buses leave from Lanxi Central Bus Station and available from 6:40 to 16:55, costing CNY14.
