Visa bankcard in China

Hi, can i use my visa bankcard to shop att diffrent stores and is it also possible for me to withdraw money from ATM with my visa bank card in Nanjing?

Yes, as I know, you need to pay the service charge for every withdrawl. Generally speaking, the rate is 1%.
