About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Hi question about applying bank card

The bank asked me to supply a permanent residence permit and I am a university student here. Is it possible to apply a permanent residence permit?
She said it was an A4 paper.

Hi, if you have student X1 type in China, I think she might ask you to show the Chinese residence permit, which you can get from the exit and entry administration of the local PSB after entering China.
