Can Philippine passport Apply visa on arrival in SZ from hongkong border?

I want to go SZ from Hongkong, I'm holding Philippine passport and my chinese entry permit just expired in May2017 . Can i get voa in SZ?

It's possible for you to get Shenzhen VOA, and you can try to call Luohu Port to confirm beforehand. Tel:(0755)82324022
