About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

72 Hours Visa Transfer

Hello there!

My friend is flying from BKK to Shanghai arriving in Pudong and then leaving from Hongqiao.
He wants to apply 72hours free transit however his schedule is like this:
- BKK to Shanghai Pudong
- Hongqiao to Guangzhou
- Guangzhou to Vancouver

Is he eligible to get 72hours free transit?

Adilson, you friend cannot use the 72 hour free transit because of the layover in Guangzhou. It is advised to apply for a visa beforehand.
