How to travel from shanghai to Liaocheng, bus or by train and how long time take this travel?

which way is better?

I think bus is a better choice.
As I know, the buses from Shanghai General Bus Station to LC leave at 14:30 and 17:30, and it takes about 14 hours, CNY260.
And the trains from Shanghai Railway Station leave at 11;41 and 12:34, and it takes about 15h 30 minutes-16 hour, CNY78.5/238.5 for a hard sleeper, CNY372.5/439.5 for a soft sleeper.
