how should we get from jieyang airport to there? and is there any hotel in that area?

You can take a taxi there, which may cost CNY100-120.As for hotels, you can stay in Caijin Business hotel in Caijin Rd or Zhongxiang Hotel in ChaoshanRd, which is besides Zhongxiang Shopping Center.
