About:Chengdu Attractions

What’s the best way to get from Chengdu to Huanglong?

Should we stay the night there and if so, what are some cheap places outside the park?

U are suggested to take a long-distance bus to Songpan first. Two buses are on schedule daily, leaving from Chadianzi Bus Station at 07:00 and 11:30. Then stay a night in Songpan and take a bus to Huanglong in the next early morning.

If you wanna stay for a night at the scenic area, the Seercuo International Hotel within 5min walking to its entrance is suggested, but it is not cheap.

May I know the return bus operates from Huanglong to CD?
Which bus terminal should I get on the bus and what is the schedule?

As I know, no direct bus to CD, and you are suggested to hire a local car to Songpan first, and then take a regular bus to CD. The car may cost CNY150-200 for a single trip, and you can share the fare with other visitors. The buses leave at 6:30, 7:00, and 12:30 from Songzhou Bus Station in Songpan, and it costs CNY113.
