Hi, I am planning for a Harbin trip from 1st until 4th Jan 2018.  Possible to visit those events?Thanks

The festival will officially open on Jan. 5 according to the routine. During Jan. 1-4, it will be during the trial operation and many events have been open to the public including the ice and snow sculptures in Zhaolin Park and Ice & Snow World. You can also skate on Songhua River. Do wear warm. It is very important!
