question on train to mongolia

Hello, me and a friend would like to go from Taiwan with a flight to Beijing and then directly with a train to mongolia and the same way back. Is that possible? Also the way back to Taiwan?Thank you for your help

Yes, it is possible. If your layover in Beijing is less than 24 hours each time, you can use the 24 hour direct transit there in both directions. In this case, no transit G type will be needed.
