flying from London - Melbourne with a 5 hr stop over at Baiyun International Airport.

Do I need to collect luggage are check in again? Where does the Melbourne flight depart?

As I know, there is no need to reclaim your luggage at the airport. Baiyun Airport has one terminal building only. Just follow the guiding signs to find the check-in counter.
