About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Transit Delhi/Shanghai/US

Hello,
If I am going from Delhi, layover in Shanghai for 8 hours, to U.S.A., do I need a visa?

Davey, no, you don’t need it because you can make use of the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai.
