About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

North Korea considered a different country?

Hello,
Is North Korea considered a different country? I know it’s sounds silly, I just want to be sure. And the last time I made use of the transit visa I did not go to a police station to report. And did not get any questions when leaving. Is it really necessary? Thank you Lars

Yes, North Korea is a different country. If you've stayed at a hotel then there's no need to report to the police since they've already done it for you.
