shenzhen international airport has a bank not ATM? if there no bank is nearby?

No bank is inside, and you can take bus M387 to Guonei Huoyun Village first. Then walk north and turn right at the first crossing, walk for about 2 minutes, you will see a Construction Bank. It takes about 20 minutes.
