reception centre of the scenic spot inside the stadium?

Hello,please send over more detailed directions how to get to this recetpion centre at Toudong Stadium do buy tickets. I have just arrived from the Toudong Stadium and I could not find neither the gate nor the ticket office. Is that really inside the Stadium? Can I get through the Donfeng Rd gate to get there? I look forward to your replay.LG.

As I know, direct buses to the snow mountain are only available at two sites in KM: East Gate of World Trade Center (leave at 07:30 and get back at 17:00), and in front of Yunnan Railway Museum near North Railway Station (leave at 08:00 and get back at 17:00).
