Visas processing Time

hi, my wife is a Vietnamese passport holder, we have applied for a tourist L on 6th oct 2017, What is our chances to get a reply before the end of this month ?as we plan to travel on the 31st Oct.

Hi, as I know, it usually needs 3 weeks for the application process, so it's possible for you to get the result before the end of this month.You are advised to wait patiently.
