where is best rate to exchange money near china south railway station?

I arrive at the airport and then will take the metro to the south railway station.  I've been told the rates at the airport are low and it's best to go to a bank.

Do you mean Guangzhou? It says online there is a United Money office in the airport, 3F, Gate 7 in the international departure hall. You can try this office

Thank you Wallace.  Yes, the Guangzhuo airport.  I'll look at the rates there.  Is there a Bank of China on Beijing Pedestrian Street that I can change money at?  Bank rates are supposed to be the best at banks.  If so, what are the hours open of banks in Guangzhuo

There are 2 office shows online, one at No 67-69 Wende Rd, the 1F of Jinde Mansion. The other one at No. 60 Guangda Rd.  Tthis 2 should be not too far. You may have a try to find them.
