If taking a taxi, it costs CNY80-90. By public transportation, you can take Airport Express Train to Dongzhimen in half an hour at a cost of CNY25. Then catch a taxi to the hotel with CNY13 and you can reach within 5min or so.

Please explain what CNY 80 to 90 and also I will be arriving before midnight on October 19, do they have local transportation at night

Since the exact taxi fare can’t be figured out, I gave you a range.
As I know, the last Airport Express departs around 23:10.
Or Shuttle Bus line 2 can take you to Dongzhimen after 24:00, which costs CNY21.
