Singaporean enters Xiamen on 1 Nov. He then travels from Xiamen to Jinmen on 8 Nov and returns on the same day (ie 8 Nov). Will the 15-day visa period for Singaporeans be reset to start from 8 Nov, ie can stay till 23 Nov now?
