How to apply tourist visa for a Vietnamese spouse living in Bangkok, Thailand?

I'm lost on assisting my Vietnamese wife to apply for HK Tourist entry permit since she's living in Bangkok, Thailand with me. Planning on weekend get away in HK, any suggestion if we traveled without Travel Agency? Which Embassy should she goes to apply for HK tourist visa in Bangkok, supporting documents, fees and how many days for results?

First, you need to provide copy of passport, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, proof of your financial support, transportation and accommodation arrangement, and your travel plan, and other requirements. Then, submit the application to the China embassy in Thailand.
