What is the best time to visit White Cloud Mountain in Guangzhou, morning or afternoon

Next week I will go to the city. What is the ideal time to visit White Cloud Mountain? Which park is the best: Yuntai Garden or Luhu Park, or Bird Spring Valley Park. How much time needed to visit one or two parks?

Morning is a better time since you can enjoy the fresh air.
In my opinion, Bird Spring Valley Park is the best of three. You can enjoy varieties of birds inside.
And it takes about 2 hours for each park.
