About:China Visa on Arrival

No tourist visas being issued in Bangkok to China

Today the Application center in Bangkok will not issue me a visa to fly to China (Shenyang) until the end if October!
I need to go there for business but I am in Thailand only on a tourist L.
Can I get one on arrival?
Have Chinese company letter of invitation etc.

Usually, you cannot get it on arrival, but if your company can get you a VOA notification from the exit and entry administration of the local PSB, it will be possible for you to get VOA.
