Israeli passport visa to Guangzou

Chinese consulate in Houston gave me a date for an interview for the date I'm due to return from China nothing will help to reschedule this interview. I've received entry permit to China in the past can I receive it in Hong Kong or does anyone have any idea how I can get the interview earlier
