About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I able to obtain the 144 hour visa and do I get it from the port on arrival?

I will be arriving by cruise ship into Shanghai and departing 2 days later by air for Australia. I am also visiting Hong Kong for a day on board the ship.

Lester, if you travel like country A-HK-Shanghai – Australia, you can use the 144 hour free transit program in Shanghai. You can obtain it on arrival at the port.
