About:Beijing Capital Airport Shuttle Bus

confused with the time schedule of the shuttle buses at Beijing Capital Airport.

It says 9:00 to 21:00 does it mean buses operation closes at 9:00 PM?? Our arrival is 12:15 early dawn.

Yes, it means the last bus departs at 21:00. In your case, you can take Night Shuttle Bus Line 2 to downtown, and then take a taxi to your destination.
