Fly from London to Beijing then Thailand, then back to Beijing then return to London

we are planning to travel to Beijing for 3 days from the UK then onto Thailand for a week then back to Beijing for 3 days then back to the UK... How often can you use the 3 day visa, would we be able to do 2 visits in the time period mentioned !!!
