About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

SINGAPORE - TAIPEI - SHANGHAI - SINGAPORE

Hi,
I would like to plan to go from Singapore to Taipei on the 19 october then Shanghai on the 20 october for 4 days ( 144 transit visa) Then back in Singapore on the 23 oct.
I am french National living in Singapore. Would that work ?

Yes that's fine if they are non-stop flights.
