Can i get a tourist or bussiness visa urgently?

Dear sir, this is khalid ghazi khan from UAE. Since this is my first time applying for china visa, i did a mistake by booking flight and hotel before applying as i badly wanted to visit the canton fair in guanzhou. My ticket is booked for 13th october and i went to apply today but eit rejected by saying that i need invitation from chinese foreign ministry, though i have invitation from canton fair, i also attached my company NOC with salary certificate, hotel and air ticket booking. Now am helpless as am going to miss the exhibition and loose all my ticket and hotel expense. Can someone help me get a visa ASAP.
